New Year’s Eve Spirits of Milford Ghost Walk

For the Milford Ghost Walk, participants should meet at the Hotchkiss Bridge for some frighteningly good family-friendly fun and a dreadfully nice way to kick off the New Year! Ring in the new year with this one and a half hour ghost walk through downtown Milford where you will be entertained with frightening stories such as the story of the Indian Paugusset who strangled and killed her two sons over 400 years ago at Milford Harbor, the story of the three deadly curses of Charles Island, you will learn why 300-year old Captain Stephen Stow has never left his High Street home, and many more terrifying tales. The stories are uniquely blended with stories of Milford’s history as you slowly walk through the lantern-lit 1.15-mile stretch, which includes a stop at the Milford Cemetery for an extra spooky experience. We dare you to attend this event.
